Refunds

Our refund policy is valid for 40 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 40 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.
  • Refunds will not be processed for items purchased during sale or clearance periods, whether online or at market stalls.
  • Refunds are not applicable for items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition due to reasons unrelated to Prominence Leather’s actions.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 50 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and free from damage or missing parts caused by reasons not attributed to our error.
